Minecraft schematic 3D viewer and editor
Open any .litematic, .schem, .schematic or .nbt file and look at the build in 3D — turn it, slice it layer by layer, read what blocks it needs, and save it back out in another format. It all runs in your browser; the file never leaves your computer.

What each control does
Getting a build in
- Open file
- Pick a
.litematic,.schem,.schematicor.nbtfile from your computer. It is read in your browser — nothing is uploaded to this server, which is why it still works with the tab offline. - Drag and drop
- Drop a file anywhere on the dark panel. Same as Open file, fewer clicks.
- From a build page
- Every build page has a View in 3D button that loads that build straight into this viewer.
Moving around
- Drag to orbit
- Hold the left mouse button and move to turn the build. On a phone, one finger.
- Scroll to zoom
- Mouse wheel, or pinch on a phone.
- Right-drag to pan
- Hold the right button and move to slide the view sideways. Two fingers on a phone.
Reading the build
- Layer slider
- Shows only part of the build along one axis. This is how you read a build to rebuild it: set the axis to Y and walk up one layer at a time, exactly as you would place the blocks.
- Axis X / Y / Z
- Which direction the layer slider cuts along. Y is height — the usual one. X and Z cut sideways, useful for seeing inside a wall.
- Block list
- Every block type the build uses and how many of each, biggest first, with stack counts. The same list is on each build page where you can copy it as text.
Editing
- Open the editor
- Switches from the viewer to the full editor, which takes over the window. You can place and remove blocks, change the palette and re-save the file.
- Save
- Writes the file back out to your computer. Nothing you edit is sent anywhere, so there is no version of your build on this site unless you put it there.
- Convert formats
- Open a
.litematicand save it as.schem(or the other way round) to move a build between Litematica and WorldEdit. See the format guide.
